My Review of Animal Magnetism

Animal Magnetism (Animal, #1)Animal Magnetism by Jill Shalvis

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I never knew that a romance could be so humorous. Jill Shalvis made it work. From the beginning of the book to the end the humor is woven through.

In Animal Magnetism the main characters are Lilah Young and Brady Miller. Lilah is a hard working, kind, giving person who the whole town loves to love. Brady Miller likes his life as it is. He's a pilot and a loner and constantly travels. He doesn't have a home base nor does he want one.

Lilah and Brady's world's collide in the first chapter. Lilah and her mini zoo intrigue him. He would love to get his hands (and other parts) on her. It's a good thing he's leaving town soon! He has no intention of seeing her again and tempting himself.

Lilah has other plans. She knows everyone in town and isn't attracted to any of them. Brady is different. He is handsome and sexy. Even better is the fact that he's not staying in town. He'd be perfect for a fling!

Needless to say, the two of them eventually get together. The story is a terrific mix of animals, romance, and humor.

I enjoyed this book so much. I will definitely be reading Animal Attraction, the next book in the Animal series.
I recommend this book to anyone who likes romance, wants a good laugh, or just wants an all around great story.

You can get your copy from Amazon or Barnes & Noble.
